If you have particular challenges you would like to address today,
the optimal choice may be to not make a choice until you have completed your intake.
This gives Greg an opportunity to assess your situation and make recommendations,
very likely something you may not have considered.   Many times the source of a problem
lies at a location other than where we feel symptoms manifesting.

I highly recommend the 70 minute and 85 minute sessions.
Especially if we will be addressing acute or lingering chronic conditions.  
They are also very nice as an extended relaxation experience.
